A 2-day intensive bootcamp for Software Developers. Move beyond prompt engineering to building production-grade Agents, MCP Servers, and RAG Pipelines. No theory—just shipping.
🎯 Early Bird: Save $200 until March 7 • Limited seats for developers
Build with the tools that power real-world AI products. Ready to architect?
Your job description is changing — whether your company tells you or not.
Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code can now generate full applications in minutes. That means the bar for "developer" just went up. Writing CRUD endpoints and React components isn't enough anymore. The roles that pay well in 2026 expect you to architect AI into the product — agents that call tools, retrieval systems that answer from your company's own data, endpoints that don't leak sensitive information when they go live.
Some developers see that shift and freeze. Others already made the move: they're the ones getting pulled into AI feature work, leading architecture decisions, and fielding recruiter messages for roles they couldn't have touched a year ago.
The difference isn't talent. It's that they learned the 6–8 engineering patterns behind every production AI system — and you haven't. Yet.
This weekend fills that gap!!
You'll leave with the same patterns, the same code structures, and the same mental models those engineers use — ready to apply at work on Monday
You won't start from a blank file. Every module begins with a working repo that already runs. You'll read the architecture, follow guided walkthroughs, and make targeted changes — so you leave with runnable projects you understand well enough to extend, not demo code you'll never open again.
By the end of the bootcamp, you will know how to:
Build agent loops that reason, select tools, self-correct when they fail, and coordinate with other agents — the same orchestration patterns behind the AI features shipping at companies like Salesforce and Stripe right now.
Not chatbots that summarize text. Agents that hit APIs, query databases, generate reports, and complete multi-step tasks without a human babysitting every output. You'll build one from a working repo and walk out knowing exactly how the loop works.
MCP is how AI systems get structured context and tool access without custom glue code for every integration. We break down what an MCP server does, how to set one up, and when it saves you weeks of wiring vs. when it's overkill.
Your boss will eventually say "make it answer questions from our docs." You'll already know how. Vector search, chunking strategies, retrieval pipelines — and the debugging techniques for when results come back wrong (because they will).
The part most tutorials skip: authentication, rate limiting, input validation, and the production checklist that keeps your AI endpoint from becoming a security incident on its first day in prod.
This isn't a theory course about transformer architecture. It's the same engineering workflow used by AI teams at companies already shipping — the patterns, the tooling decisions, and the deployment practices they expect you to know in an interview.
Not ready to commit? See exactly what you'll build in 2 intensive days.
"This course moves fast. We do not teach syntax. We do not teach loops. If you are still learning what a variable is, this isn't for you.
But if you are a Junior Dev who is hungry to leapfrog your peers? This is the shortcut you've been looking for. AI is the great equalizer—come learn the architecture that will define the next 10 years of your career."

"I don’t just teach theory; I architect Fortune 500 AI systems daily. I bring that battle-tested reality back to the community so you learn what actually works in production."
Senior AI Advocate • Enterprise Architect
"Damian Montero isn't a hired gun reading a script. He is an Enterprise Architect at JM Family’s AI Center of Excellence, designing mission-critical AI systems for Fortune 500s.
But he is also a Developer Advocate at heart. As the founder of FloridaJS and leader of South Florida's largest programmer meetups, Damian has spent years mentoring thousands of developers because he loves the craft. He teaches you the exact patterns he uses in production—not because he has to, but because he wants to see you win."
Real feedback from software engineers who attended previous cohorts.
"This bootcamp is intense—in a good way. I implemented what I learned at work the following Monday and got recognition from my tech lead."
"I've been coding for 8 years and this was exactly what I needed to level up. After this bootcamp I can talk about AI like an engineer—not just a user. I feel way more confident for interviews and for building AI features in my next role."
"Best career investment I’ve made. It saved me months of trial-and-error (and thousands on courses). Already applying these skills"
Sunday at 5:00 PM, you'll walk out with:
Monday morning, when your team asks "who knows how to build this?" — you raise your hand.
Everything you need to know about the Dev AI Bootcamp.

Even if you've been "vibe coding" with Copilot for months, this is different: you'll learn why the code works, not just that it works — so you can architect AI features your team trusts in production.
Capped at a small group so every question gets answered and no one falls behind. When this cohort fills, the next available date goes on a waitlist.
Once seats are gone, they are gone.
Two cohorts have already gone through this material. Alumni are shipping AI features at work and fielding recruiter calls they weren't getting before. Seats don't last — early bird pricing ends March 7.
You will receive a confirmation email after registration
We'll email you as soon as a spot opens up or when the next cohort is announced.
